GOVT. IS SELF FACING LOTS OF PROBLEM SO I DON'T THINK THEY ARE BEING ABLE TO FOCUS ON EDUCATION.

Government has directed that all exceptional children must be provided for under the National Policy on Education. Basic Education for Nomads in Nigeria
